ENVIRONMENT MINISTER TAKES PART IN GLOBAL CLIMATE SUMMIT
In November 2008, Environment Minister Barry Penner joined representatives from more than 50 states, provinces and countries at the Governors' Global Climate Summit in California. The Summit brought together international leaders with the intention to foster the development of partnerships and promote inter-jurisdictional collaboration in the fight against climate change.
